Join SPJ NorCal and the First Amendment Coalition for an informative and interactive one-hour call Zoom call on obtaining public records laws during the public-health emergency. Media lawyers and journalists will provide an update on what you need to know about the California Public Records Act and other open-government laws. Get an overview of how government entities are responding to requests, what is still required under the law and how you can fight back when you hit roadblocks. Attendance is free; bring your questions.
